Zoran Kostic received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester and Dipl. Ing. degree from the University of Novi Sad. Prior to joining Electrical Engineering department of Columbia University, he worked on research and development in Bell Laboratories, AT&T Research, Thomson Multimedia, The Mathworks and Broadcom, and taught at several academic institutions.

Chengbo Zang received his B.E. in Automation from Tongji University in 2021 and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in 2023. His research focuses on efficient data acquisition for robust model performance in machine learning and deep learning.

William Ho earned his bachelor’s in informatics and business from the University of Oslo before joining Columbia as a Fulbright and NORAM Scholar to pursue his master’s in computer science. His research focuses on developing speech and language processing systems to identify patients at risk of hospitalization or emergency department visits in homecare settings. William is also particularly interested in improving the trustworthiness of these systems to enable reliable deployment in real-world clinical environments.

Yuyang (Ian) Li obtained his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Xidian University in 2023 and received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in 2024, where he was honored with both the M.S. Honors Award and the M.S. Research Award. His research focuses on edge-deployed large language models and computer vision with synthetic data generation.
